Additions and alterations involve making amendments to elements of existing properties depending on the client’s requests. These structural alterations are only applicable to changes in supporting members of a building including foundations, bearing walls, column beams, floor or roof joists, girders, or rafters. With additions and alterations, clients can request additional supporting members for a building or the alteration of member properties.
