Landscape Upgrade - Marks Park
The client, Waverley Council, required structural advice and recommendations for the design of the concrete path around the extent of Marks Park. Neilly Davies was required to review and comment through marked up existing concrete path details and to provide advice and calculations regarding maximum vehicle load rating.
Neilly Davies was also consulted previously to provide structural drawings for the new park lookout and stair connection between Marks Park and Mackenzies Point
Efficient work by Neilly Davies allowed the design procedure to be complete within 2 months. Previous experience in footpath design and effective communication between Neilly Davies, subcontractors, Waverley Council and other relevant parties has allowed the project to be completed to a high quality, satisfying the Council requirements.
